Online practices offer you the opportunity to relax and be thoughtfully guided through your practice, all on your own time and within the comfort of your own home. It’s the best of both worlds! Grab a yoga bolster (or large pillow), one blanket and one yoga block and let's slow down.

This Restorative Yoga practice is perfect for any time that restful sleep eludes you. You can enjoy this practice before bed to help you enjoy a deeper sleep, and any time you're experiencing stress and fatigue. You will need a yoga bolster (or substitute two pillows), a blanket and a chair. You may also want extra blankets for warmth.
